Cancellations and refunds:

We take a lot of pride in creating high quality products. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please message us your concern via email on hello@karibykriti.com or Whats app message on 8904087894. We will review these on a case to case basis 

1. We will accept returns/ exchange within 5 days of delivery to you. The products must be unused and in their original condition

2. We issue store credits for all returns. These are valid for 1 year

3. Incase of damage/ manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement product

4. We issue Store credits for all COD payments

5. Shipping and COD costs will not be refunded

6. Once your return/ exchange request is approved, we will arrange for return pick up

7. Our courier partner will pick up the package for return. The returned products are inspected by our team and then you will receive store credits on your email address

8. Custom orders and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged

9. All sale items are final sale. These cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded

Shipping: 

1. All orders above Rs 499 ship free within India. 

2. We ship most products within 3-5 days of receiving the order and payment.

3. Curtains take about 7-10 days for shipping

4. All orders are shipped via courier. You can cancel your order as long as the product has not been 'shipped'. 

5. Once we ship the product, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

6. All orders are OTP verified by our courier partner on delivery
