Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
All return requests must be approved by our team before processing.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused

In original packaging

With all tags, inserts, and original packing bags
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Fragile / breakable products

Mattresses

Custom or personalized products

Gift cards

Sale items (final sale)
One-Time Free Reverse Pickup
We offer one free reverse pickup per order for your convenience.

Pickup will be arranged from your doorstep after approval.

If pickup fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, reattempt charges may apply.

In rare cases where reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
Repeated or excessive returns from the same account may incur return shipping charges or be declined at our discretion.
Refund Method

Approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Store credit is processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes our quality inspection.

Original shipping charges (₹59 or otherwise) and COD fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective or Tampered Deliveries
We carefully pack all orders. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Share clear photos of the product and outer packaging

If the parcel appears tampered, please take a video while opening it
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If your order is marked delivered but not received, please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery notification.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been packed or shipped.

Personalized or custom products cannot be cancelled.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
Non-acceptance of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases.
Shipping Policy

Free shipping across India on orders above ₹799

Orders below ₹799 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹59
Dispatch Timelines

Most products ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.

Personalized products and curtains ship within 7–10 business days.
Orders are shipped via reputed courier partners or India Post.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email.
Please ensure your email and phone number are entered correctly at checkout.
Orders may sometimes be shipped in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

A ₹99 COD convenience fee is applicable on all COD orders.

This fee is charged by our logistics partners and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

We do not offer open package deliveries.
Handcrafted Product Disclaimer
Many of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations in color, texture, finish, or size are natural and part of their unique character. These variations are not considered defects.
General
All returns are subject to approval and quality inspection.
Kari by Kriti reserves the right to deny returns in cases of misuse or excessive return behavior.
All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Hyderabad, India.
