What Corporate Buyers Actually Need to Know

If you are sourcing 200 or 500 or 1,000 gifts for a team, the questions that matter are not about aesthetics. They are operational: What is the minimum order? How long does production take? Can you do name or logo personalisation? How do I get a sample before committing? What happens if there is a quality issue on delivery?

Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities depend on the product and the level of personalisation required.

• Standard bulk orders (no personalisation): Minimum 25 to 50 units per SKU, depending on the item. Mix-and-match across SKUs is possible at higher total quantities.
• Name embroidery: Minimum 50 units. Each unit is personalised individually. A spreadsheet of names is submitted at order confirmation.
• Logo embroidery: Minimum 100 units. Artwork is submitted as a vector file. A single sample with the embroidered logo is produced and shipped for approval before full production begins.
• Custom brief orders (made-to-spec products or exclusive print colorways): Discussed individually. These are handled through the gifting studio and typically require 150-plus units and longer lead times.

Production Lead Times for Handcraft

Every item is hand-block-printed in Sanganer, Rajasthan. Production is not instantaneous and the timeline cannot be compressed the way it can for factory-printed merchandise without compromising quality.

• 50 to 200 units, no embroidery: 3 to 4 weeks after order confirmation and payment.
• 200 to 500 units with name embroidery: 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation and artwork approval.
• 500-plus units, logo embroidery, or custom brief: 8 to 10 weeks. Sample approval adds one to two weeks to the front of that timeline.

For Diwali 2026 (November 1), any order above 200 units should be finalized by mid-August to allow production time, quality review, and shipping. Orders above 500 units should target late July.

How the Sample Process Works

For orders above 100 units, a paid sample can be arranged before full production. The process works like this:

1. Submit an inquiry through the gifting studio with your product choice, quantity, and personalisation requirements.
2. The team will confirm feasibility and share a per-unit price at your volume.
3. A sample unit (with embroidery if applicable) is produced and couriered to you for approval.
4. Upon sample sign-off and advance payment, full production begins.

Sample cost is credited toward the final order for qualifying order sizes. The gifting team will confirm this at the time of inquiry.
